Villa Bie has a full team of experienced staff ready to welcome you and your party and keep things running smoothly during your entire stay, including a dedicated Villa Manager, five butlers, a private chef, cook, security and housekeeping staff.

Thanks to the modern design of this outstanding villa – the team have their own stairways, quarters and utility areas. Staff are there when you need them and out of sight when you don’t.

Villa Manager

A dedicated English-speaking Villa Manager is on hand to help you plan every detail of your holiday and solve any problem, big or small. An experienced five-star hospitality professional, your manager will advise on dining, meal-planning, sightseeing trips and more. They will pre-order all your groceries, drinks and other supplies, and special requirements, ahead of your visit, and have them waiting for your arrival.

Chef and Cook

Your private chef and cook will prepare all meals taking note of your special orders and dietary preferences. Choose your menus and let the team do the rest so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Housekeeper

The housekeeping staff takes care of daily room cleaning with bed and bath linens changed every third day or as required. They will also attend to laundry for guests and provide a nightly turndown service.

Handyman

A dedicated handyman keeps Villa Bie looking brand new.

Security

As part of the Six Senses Residence, Villa Bie enjoys first-class security and privacy. There is a 24-hour security gate at the entrance of The Six Senses Residence, and the complex is patrolled by a professional team. Villa Bie also has its own gate and dedicated security team that work round the clock. Drones are banned.

Driver

An experienced, English-speaking driver is available on extra charge to help guests explore Bali’s amazing sites.
